We can provide remote support (almost) anywhere in the world! If you’re in need of remote computer support and located outside our on-site tech support area, feel free to download our remote pc support application and give us a call to make an appointment. We are available by appointment only for on-call remote tech support.

I have a Mac, do you service Apple products?

We provide service for Apple products such as Mac Repair, MacBook Repair providing on-site and remote Mac tech support and hardware diagnostics.

I have an old hard drive that I want professionally erased, can you do that?

We provide several hard drive erase computer services for you to choose from. If you’re not sure which one, we can choose for you. After completed, we provide you with a Certificate that contains several technical details for company or individual archiving.

My wireless internet only works in certain parts of my business or home. Can you expand it?

Yes, we provide business computer services such as wireless wifi support and residential wireless wifi setup or network troubleshooting. We begin by checking your Wireless Router or WiFi Access Point performance to eliminate possible wireless hardware issues. If no issues found, we begin scanning your physical area(s) to check and fix wifi interference or wireless signal obstructions.
